Leases - Non-exclusive leases purchased on Jimmydukesboi.com are "leased" to customers/recording artists via pdf contract to create a "new work" (a track). Producers retain the right to sell and re-sell the same beats to as many new customers as they desire. Non-exclusive beats are used for Albums, demo's, mixtapes or for promotion on social media sites such as Myspace.com, Soundclick.com, etc.
Premium Leases - Premium leases purchased on Jimmydukesboi.com are "leased" to customer just as regular Leases (explained above). The difference is that you can get individual track outs. The price of Premium Leases are $100.00. Not all tracks are available for Premium Leasing, so please contact me at jimmydukesboi@me.com
Exclusives - Exclusive beats purchased on Jimmydukesboi.com come with a pdf contract that grants the customer/recording artist the UNLIMITED exclusive rights to use the beat for whatever the customer artistically needs to do. This includes 48hz 24bit trackouts of every instrument contained in the beat, giving the artist/customer the ultimate creative flexibilty. Producers can sell exclusive licenses to only ONE customer.
Do I need to sign up with an account to buy beats ?

Discounts are applied automatically after entry. When your're finished shopping confirm your order and click "Buy Now". How do I get my beats ?
The download links for your products will be sent to the paypal email address that you use for your purchase. Download links containing wav files and contracts(Leases) or trackouts and contracts (Exclusives) will be sent to your email INSTANTLY after payment.
